Technological Suppliers are unable to supply goods that have been ordered to supply.
An even that is beyond Technological Limited control
You request Technological Limited to cancel the product due to an error regarding the delivery address and/or product purchased online AND can only be canceled if the product hasn't been shipped by us. Once shipped, please refer to the return & refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, however you can exchange it for another product. This is on the condition that the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice.
In an event of physical/ Liquid damage, there will be no refund or return as it’s not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty either.
If the goods (or services) we supply do not meet Consumer Guarantee Act, we will meet our obligations under the CGA to provide a remedy. If the goods (or services) we supply do not comply with Consumer Guarantee but can be remedied within a reasonable time, we will either repair the goods or replace the goods with goods of identical type. If we cannot repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price.
To obtain a repair, exchange, or refund please return the goods to Technological Limited. Any returning items are shipped at the owner's risk and Technological Limited will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party.
We do not provide refunds for products incorrectly shipped due to an error in the delivery address and an error in the product ordered provided by the customer.
Refunds are processed for items currently bought online and not in stock.
Refunds will normally be processed within seven (14) working days.
